What We Collect

When you ask for a quote, book service or contact us, we collect your name, address, phone number, email and details about your garage door and the work you want. If you pay by card, our payment processor handles the card details.

If you agree to receive text messages, we keep your phone number and a record of your consent.

Our website also collects the technical information most websites collect: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the site or ad that brought you here.

How We Use It

  • To give you a quote, schedule and complete your work, send appointment reminders and follow-ups, bill you and answer your questions.
  • To keep records of the work we did for you, including warranty records.
  • To ask you for a review after a job. If you leave one, we may show it on our website with your first name and last initial.
  • To tell you about our services and offers by email, and to show you our ads online and measure how they perform.
  • To run and protect our website and business.

We do not sell your personal information.

  1. The information you give us when you agree to receive text messages will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  2. If you agree to receive text messages from Door Pro America, you may receive appointment reminders, follow-up messages and billing inquiries.

  5. You can agree to texts by checking the SMS consent box on a form on doorproamerica.com, or by telling us yes when you book by phone. If you do not want texts, leave the box unchecked.

Who We Share It With

Companies That Work for Us

These include the companies that host our website and forms, keep our customer records, send our texts and emails, process card payments and help us advertise. They may use your information only to do that work for us.

If Door Pro America is sold or merged, customer records go with the business.
